Prapat Boonlualoah
Prapat Boonlualoah was born in Thailand in 1949. After graduated Bachelor of Engineering
(Civil Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University he won scholarship awarded by U.K.
Government under Columbo Plan to Leeds University where he gained his M.Sc in Structural
Engineering.
On leaving Leeds in 1974, he worked with UMIST as a Researcher and Assistant Lecturer in
Civil Engineering.
In 1976, he left England to continue his academic profession as a Senior Lecturer in Civil
Engineering with Kasetsart University.
He is the founder and chief executive officer of PBL Group Ltd. which is now a Multi-national
enterprise having subsidiary and project operations in more than 15 countries. Over the past two
decades, PBL has involved with a wide range of work from 80 - storey building in U.A.E., Public
Infrastructure in Laos, Asian Games Complex in Qatar to hundreds of highrise Tower in its
hometown Bangkok. In 2006, PBL International technical excellence is recognized by winning
the PTI Award Competition made Building Category.
Current and recent works include CP Tower (30-storey), Millennium Residence (4x43 - 45
storey), Siam Digital Gateway, Aguston Tower (2x24-35 storey), Asia Center (20 - storey), Bang
Phli-Suk Sawat Enpressway with Burapha Withi Expressway, The Circle (2x40-storey), Belle
Avenue and in overseas i.e. the Swan Bridge, Cambodia, Maekong Condo (2x18-storey),
Cambodia, OCIC (30-storey), Cambodia, Rose Condominium (2x26-storey and 2x27-storey),
Cambodia, Sulafa Tower (79-storey), U.A.E., Thimphuchu Bridge, Semtokha Rongchu Bridge
and Pangzurmani Bridge, Bhutan, Hamad Medical City, Qatar, Medina Centrale the Pearl Qatar
and some projects which is on progress.
