Nonprawit Vararatsameewong
Nonprawit Vararatsameewong was born in 1969 and obtained B.Eng in Costruction Engineering
from Sripathum University in 1992. Right after graduation he joined YHS International
Company Limited as a design engineer for a 35-storey Phaholyothin Place Tower in Bangkok.
In 1994 he worked for CP- Samsung Co. Ltd., the main contractor for a 25,000 sq.m TESCO
LOTUS hypermarket in Pattaya as a project engineer monitoring and execution of the
construction. After the project had completed he moved on the work with Taifa Development
Co., Ltd. also as a project engineer looking after the construction work of Taifa Tower a 35-
storey building in Bangkok during 1995-1998.
After the completion of Taifa Tower he joined Sangfa Construction & Engineering Co. Ltd. with
the position of Project Engineer. He was responsible for the execution and monitoring of the
construction of a 35- storey building of Supalai Grand Tower in Bangkok.
In 1999 he was offered a position of project manager by ASCON Construction Co. Ltd. (public)
and had done the planning, coordinating, monitoring and control of 24 - storey Nasasiri Tower in
Bangkok, a 50,000 sq.m factory and warehouse project in Lopburi, and a 30,000 sq.m Ananda
Sport Complex in Bangkok.
During 2002-2006 he joined Prinsiri Co. Ltd. (public) as a project manager, he looked after the
construction of a housing project in Bangkok comprising 200 units of single house and 400 units
of 4-storey townhouses.
He had joined PBL group Limit since 2006 after he completed the housing project, as a project
manager for various post-tensioning work projects. The major achievements with post-tensioning
projects were Aguston Tower (2-35/24 - storey tower, 65,000 sqm), Millennium Residence Tower
(4 - 43/45 storey tower, 100,000 sq.m), Crystal Design (4-storey, 50,000 sq.m).
He has been now promoted as a project director for PBL Group.
