Chingchai Ruchaubol

Chingchai Ruchaubol achieved his civil engineering degree from KMITL university in 1986 and shortly after his graduation, he joined Thai Konoike construction where he was promoted as a project manager responsible for the execution of 15 high - rise projects including not only international chain hotels but also many of condominiums in Bangkok CBD areas including Bliss Hotel (22 - storey), Baan Jaamjuri (31 - storey), Baanchang Condominium (15 - storey), trinity complex condominium (20 - storey).

At PBL, assigned as project director, Chingchai has steadily contributed his two decades of experience to our working philosophy in developing and delivering real engineering value to Construction realm. Currently, Chingchai is handling a multi high - rise residential portforlio contains outstanding projects including the Circle Condo (2 towers, 40 - storey each).
